The aim of the event which took place in Cork City Hall on the 8th Feb 2016  was to encourage all voters to be a part of the general election on 26th February and to political participation in general. Event organised by NASC Ireland took place in Millenium Hall of Cork City Hall. Gardai were present on this day to help stamping register of electors forms, there were also informations available for those who are not eligible to vote but may be eligible to apply for citizenship, so it was a great s opportunity to ask about naturalisation process. Voluntary groups could let people know about community life in the city – courses they are running, volunteering opportunities etc… Our Centre represented by Ewa had a stall with information about our Centre and services aviable to Polish and Eastern European migrants.
