Job Shadowing initiative between Together-Razem and Citizen Information Phone Service has just started last week. Together-Razem staff visited the CIPS office in Cork to learn about their work. Aneta and Anna of Together-Razem have learnt about many aspects of Citizen Information Phone Services work i.e  the channels used by Citizens Information to provide information (phone, chat (Live Advisor), web), call categorisation, IT system and performance management processes. Jean the Team Supervisor has been very helpfull and also intruduced Together-Razem to off-phone activities i.e internal Newsletter and Social Policy. Next week Citizen Information staff is coming to Together-Razem Legal Clinics. This initiative is a great step in mutual colaboration and staff and volunteers of Together-Razem woull like to thank CIPS Management for such a great opportunity to gain additional experience and to learn from each other.
