CESCA reception at City Hall

Lord Mayor hosted reception for the CESCA – the Cork City Voluntary Group Alliance. The Lord Mayor, Cllr. Chris O'Leary, invited CESCA to Cork City Hall on Wednesday 18th November 2015. Together-Razem representatives has been invited to the City Hall to take part in this reception. CESCA is made up of a number of community and voluntary groups in Cork city who have joined forces to better address issues of disadvantage in the city. This relatively new initiative called the Cork Equal and Sustainable Communities Alliance (CESCA) has launched Grassroots Grant Scheme which funds a series of small joint projects focused on integration of services for disadvantaged or vulnerable people and communities in the city. Together-Razem Centre hasbeen awarded with a €400 grant and is going to produce series of workshops for Polish women called "Our sens of being together".
