U-Clinic: After Care Program enrolment

Our U-Clinic Counselling Services would like to invite you to participate in an outpatient recovery After Care Program for people with addictions: alcohol, gambling or other psychoactive drugs, who are maintaining sobriety and have completed main intensive treatment program either in Poland or Ireland.

Our program will launch on-line and once the situation in the Ireland has stabilised, it will be continued both on-line and in person which means that the meeting taking place in person will also be live-streamed for those who cannot make it. This will allow people from all over Ireland to participate!

Therefore, this program is for you if you have completed main intensive treatment program, you want to learn more and develop skills necessary for a sober and satisfying life, you want to work on your assertiveness, you want to learn how to recognise the early signs or how to act when you feel like you want to use again, or you want to learn how to deal with difficult situations in life.

This program consists of individual and group therapy sessions. it will involve working on feeling connected in all aspects of your life, handling stress, anger, shame and guilt.

The person attending the sessions will have an opportunity to closely observe the processes that control their emotions and their actions. They will learn to understand and accept themselves.

The programme will also include a session on relaxation and ear acupuncture (if you’re interested).

The sessions will be run by Wojciech Białek – an addiction counsellor accredited in Ireland, see http://www.addictioncounsellors.ie/members

The only requirement is that you attend a free consultation before joining the program. In order to sign up, click this link or e-mail us at uclinic@together-razem.org.
