Application for withdrawing a child from the school

The completed form should be delivered to school (by post, scanned by email or in person), to the school office to the Together-Razem Centre, Unit 2A, Kilnap Business Park, Mallow Rd, Cork

Before the child is withdrawn, all financial obligations towards the school must be paid, and the borrowed books must be returned.

Curriculum

The curriculum implemented at the Razem Academy is consistent with the curriculum of supplementary education for school consultation points and has been based on the following legal acts: Article 48., 53., 54., 70., 72. of the Polish Constitution, Preamble of the Act on the System of Education of September 7, 1991 and Article1, 5, 33, 34a, 40 Article 6 of the Teacher's Card of January 26, 1982 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item191 and 1198) State Family Policy Program adopted on November 17, 1998 by the Social Committee of the Council of Ministers, Announcement of the Minister of National Education of October 31, 2013 regarding the publication of a consolidated text of the ordinance of the Minister of National Education on the organisation of education for children of Polish citizens temporarily staying abroad (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 454.) Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (Journal of Laws of 1993, No. 61, item 284. and Journal of Laws of 1998 No. 147, item 962.)
