On Tuesday, June21st, Together-Razem had a meeting with the Cork,City Lord Mayor, Chis O'Leary in the Council Chambers. The Lord Mayor began by welcoming the group and proceeded to give us an overview of meeting and seating arrangements for the political parties.

Together-Razem Centre offers help and specific support for couples / marriage in crisis.
 The offer includes family mediation. Family mediation helps couples who have decided to separate or divorce, or who have already separated, to negotiate their own agreement, taking into account the needs and interests of all involved. 
Family mediation includes:
• conflicts arising from divorce or separation from the case, including around property
• welfare issues - determining custody of children, decisions as to the place of residence of the child, the regulation of contacts with parent not living with the child on a permanent basis, the amount  of maintenance and the conditions attached.
• family problems arising from caring for parents in their old age
• prenuptial contracts
• reconciliation of spouses

Mediation meetings include from two to six meetings.
Duration of Session: 60 min.
 
The cost of mediation
The first mediation meeting is dedicated to discussing the mediation process, determining the scope of mediation and signing a contract. Cost: € 30 euro per couple or €30 each for individual meeting.
The cost of each following session: € 30.
The cost of preparing a written agreement: € 30
The cost of mediation is usually covered equally by both parties, unless the parties decide otherwise.

On the 7th June 2016 Together-Razem Centre and other Polish Community representatives with various diverse communities have celebrated Diversity and Multiculturalism at Aras an Uachtarain. "Difference is a resource. Difference is richness....and that's the Ireland I see unfolding in front of me and I welcome it." with those powerful speech Michael D was praising all involved in social inclusion. The Razem Academy would like to invite children to take a part in the festival. Cork children will have a chance to learn about Poland, to have an experience of Polish culture and heritage. The
organisers, tutors and participants meet kids from Cork City and Cork County, participate in workshops and activities, broaden their talents and sharpen their creative expressions. We invite to come to make new friends, and learn new things. Razem Academy would like to welcome all primary school representatives  to enjoy a  morning of Polish traditions and culture. We will learn about a Polish School Day and what Poland is famous for.

It was a bright beautiful, sunny day perfect to spend best practice action such as spring cleaning. Together-Razem Centre and a group of seniors "Coffee or Tea" operating under his auspices once again took part in the Irlish National Spring Clean, which takes place every year in April. National Spring Clean is a great social campaign, encourages all local communities to participate actively and take responsibility for litter, by actually conducting clean-ups in their own local environment.

The Cork City Marathon is a great option and takes place on Bank Holiday Monday 6th June. This event includes a half marathon, youth run and the option to run the marathon as a relay team, so there is something for runner of all abilities and ages. 
Registration is now open at www.corkcitymarathon.ie.
We would love to have you on our team to help raise much needed funds for services we provide to Polish and Eastern European migrants here in Cork.
Together-Razem is a charity supporting Polish and Eastern European migrants in Cork. We advise, we support and we promote Integration through our Legal and Information clinics, Counselling and Education projects in Cork city. We also facilitate a social group for seniors called Tea & Coffee, Playgroup for mother and toddlers and also run supplementary school Razem Academy. On Tuesday the 17th May @ 8pm as part of PolskaÉire Festival, BRIC-a-BRAC and Invited Guests present "Honour and Rage" A drama project introducing poems and songs by Irish and Polish authors referring to the 1916 Easter Rising as well as the 1944 Warsaw Uprising. The performance reflects on those historical events and pays a tribute to their heroes, their courage and sacrifice.Starring: Kacper Jarmuszkiewicz, Janusz Kempa, Margo Krawczyk, Monika Kucharska, Monika Lubanska, Janusz Luberda, Dorota Rzeznik, Robert Rzeznik, Robert Stolecki, Barbara Zukowska-Stojalowska and Polish Scouts (Nikodem Bonowski, Agnieszka Karczmarzyk, Marika Muraszko, Maria Prochal). 
With the special participation of Kevin Murphy.

PolskaEire Festival launch in Cork
The 2017 PolskaEire Festival in Cork has been successfully launched at Heron House, at the Blackpool Shopping Center & Retail Park. Lord Mayor Cllr. Des Cahill was on the site to officially launch the festival. Other speakers were: David Stanton TD, Minister of State for Justice with special responsibility for Equality, Immigration, and Integration, and Piotr Rakowski - First Advisor, Head of Political and Economic Section; Political and European integration, Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dublin. Great musical performance by Natalia Bakula (violin). At the opening we saw a specially prepared photo exhibition by Krzysztof Rosa - "Love doesn’t ask for a passport". Seamus Kirkpatrick from UCC delivered speech about love in Art.
The Craic was dobry again in Cork! Big thank you to Blackpool Shopping Centre & Retail Park for hosting the event!

New office opening

Together-Razem Centre has moved to a new location and on the 18th May 2017 we have officially opened our new office at Kilnap Business Park with Ambassador of Poland HE Ryszard Sarkowicz, Deputy Lord Mayor Cllr Joe Kavanagh and other members of Polish & Irish community. It was a very special today with warms wishes and on behalf od the Board of Directors we would like to say big thank you to all our friends and supporter for being with us that day.

The exhibition ‘‘Love doesn’t ask for a passport’’

Another great event as a part of PolskaEire Festival in Cork. Opening of the exhibition ‘‘Love doesn’t ask for a passport’’! As part of the 2017 PolskaÉire Festival Krzysztof Rosa has created ten large scale photographic works depicting couples who met each other and found love after moving to Ireland.Thank you to the couples for being a part of the exhibition! Big thank you Triskel Arts Centre for hosting the event! The exhibition is open from Tuesday 30 May to Saturday 3 June. All welcome
